Thanks for responding. I Try to avoid processed carbs and eat overall low carb diet mainly keto but often fall of the diet. I also avoid artificial sweeteners except stevia. Only weigh 119 so weight not issue.

Do you feel it helps eating this way? I was recently diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy and cutting out inflammation foods help ? My feet and now my hands , seems to be moving fast. Thank you you for sharing.
