@ams

I was on Fosamax for years and I can't say it did much for me. It also upset my stomach. My dexa scans did not jump for joy.
I tried Prolia for a year and I had hair loss and joint aches. I am on nothing now and don't know what else to do.

@ams has your doctor suggested Tymlos, Forteo or Evenity?

@marcipat -2.2 is still osteopenia, so apparently you don't yet have osteoporosis in your spine.

@ams, research boron, magnesium, K2, vitamin C and D, annatto tocotrienol and calcium. Together they build strong bones, invidually they offer benefits the Prolia's of the world cannot. Dr Jorge Flechas MD said in his youtube video on boron that it stopped his height loss in addition to restoring and strengthening his bones. Magnesium is needed to activate vitamin D as well as increasing bone density plus balance calcium. Vitamin C is essential for the production of collagen in bone matrix. Calcium provides skeleton strength and structure. The last link contains info showing K2MK4 natural sources providing more effective utilization than synthetic supplements. Always consult your health care provider before using any supplement.
