Welcome @jodiem, I've never tried it but I do take several of the ingredients listed as part of the protocol 525 supplements.

"EB-N6DR is a medical food with the following ingredients:
-- L-methylfolate calcium - 6 mg
-- Methylcobalamin - 4 mg
-- Pyridoxal 5′-phosphate - 70 mg
-- Alpha-lipoic acid - 600 mg
-- Benfotiamine - 300 mg"
