@dubecates, according to the discussion here, I've seen most people reporting an increase in their heart rate. See this discussion:

I can understand your concern. Bradycardia, or a low heart rate, is more likely as you age and could be a sign of health issues, but not necessarily. According to this article

@dubecates, what made you aware of the low heart rate at night? Do you have symptoms or did you notice it through an app or monitor?
