Myofascial release I see someone explained it to you … but it has helped me so much I still go …. It helps keep my knee , thigh, lose …. It did help me to get my leg almost completely straight I am like 5-10 degrees off from straight….. I do believe it would help with my flexion but my replacement being to big nothing will help . Since going it has helped my headaches also ….. best thing I did for my recovery….
