Hi. Not sure what the dangers of the steroid injections are. For the first time I had an injection in my sacroiliac joint and 2 weeks later some parts of my feet go numb off and on but the nerve pain is still there. Odd.

Check out these stretches that might help. The reclining pigeon pose really helped me.

That may help a bit, but truly, this is just the template that every pain doctor just follows. Keep pushing, the squeaky wheel gets the crease! I found that a Cortisone or the like trigger point injections WITH BOTOX! I received one with Botox in it and my pain went completely away for months. The first and only time that has happened! Now the Doc's can't use it!!! Sound the Alarm!
