Hi @korgman123, That's great news that the prostrate cancer remains undectable after 2-1/2 years. I yearn to have the flow of a 12 year old 🙃. I have SFN but I have the opposite problem of needing to stand while urinating and have flow issues even with the medication I take. It is definitely something to discuss with your doctor/urologist.

Neuropathy Commons has some good information on neuropathy and your bladder that may offer some explanation -- https://neuropathycommons.org/neuropathy/neuropathy-your-bladder

I have BPH and am considering my options and also need to discuss them with a urologist. Hopefully other members with small fiber neuropathy and urinating flow issues can share their experience.

Can you let us know what you find out after you call your urologist?

Hi John. Once more it sounds like we have similar problems - BPH and urinary flow problems.
