@dbeshears1, @johnbishop. and all....John, I read your discussion re the Life Flo magnesium lotion and the positive results.
I immediately ordered a bottle and, used it tonight matter of fact as I've been having a bit more pain and discomfort. I really like this lotion. One of my favs, I think. I still like my frankincense and myrrh, and 1:1 MM lotion, but this is different and better for what I needed tonight.
