De a manipulation help with a very stiff knee? My rom is 105. Hard to walk. S this from scar tissue?

The doctor managed to get 0-145 with me asleep. Of course now it is at 100. It did help my stiff knee, it is the 3rd day after and still recovering. How long has it been since her surgery?
