Hi Debbie, I have used Life-Flo Magnesium lotion and like it a lot. It doesn't feel as greasy as some lotions. I would stay away from the magnesium spray lotions though. I tried one from Life-Flo a few years ago for ease of application and really thought it was sticky and didn't work as well as the lotion.

Thanks John, useful as always! Re: sprays vs lotions, I have found the same with Blu Emu that I use occasionally for muscle aches on body; lotions are less sticky and penetrate much better, and worth having to wash your hands after applying! I will try the magnesium for feet; I prefer the “walking on bubble wrap” feeling over “walking on glass”, but want to manage balance as best as possible.
