Topical Magnesium Lotion for Feet
Yesterday I had an Integrative Medicine doctor encourage me to try rubbing a topical Magnesium ointment on feet, saying she’s heard it’s an anecdotal remedy for neuropathy feet, especially if they feel like you’re walking on gel pads or bubble wrap and may feel wobbly for balance (not pain). I’m never opposed to trying anything at reasonable costs if it seems to have merit, but while I’m googling where to find it, I thought I’d throw it out to this group and see if anyone has tried it and what results they think they got from it? Thank you 🙂

Hi Debbie, I have used Life-Flo Magnesium lotion and like it a lot. It doesn't feel as greasy as some lotions. I would stay away from the magnesium spray lotions though. I tried one from Life-Flo a few years ago for ease of application and really thought it was sticky and didn't work as well as the lotion.

Thanks John, useful as always! Re: sprays vs lotions, I have found the same with Blu Emu that I use occasionally for muscle aches on body; lotions are less sticky and penetrate much better, and worth having to wash your hands after applying! I will try the magnesium for feet; I prefer the “walking on bubble wrap” feeling over “walking on glass”, but want to manage balance as best as possible.
@dbeshears1, @johnbishop. and all....John, I read your discussion re the Life Flo magnesium lotion and the positive results.
I immediately ordered a bottle and, used it tonight matter of fact as I've been having a bit more pain and discomfort. I really like this lotion. One of my favs, I think. I still like my frankincense and myrrh, and 1:1 MM lotion, but this is different and better for what I needed tonight.
Thanks for the info, as always. I agree with you.
Blessings. Elizabeth
Where do you buy these two lotions? I have tried everything else on the planet, but this sounds promising.
Thanks, Skeleton
I buy the magnesium lotion at Amazon but you may be able to purchase it locally at a drug store or health market.

John thank you so much. This group is so awesome and inspiring. It really is true that misery loves company. Wonderful people sharing your pain makes it a little easier to cope. I have had 3 femur breaks, two shoulder bones, 1 shattered wrist and both ankles. On my fourth bone builder med.
@skeleton , @johnbishop and all...I don't like Amazon so I bought it from the company ir Wmart? So, frankly kand myrrh I get from The Wise Men at Walmart...15$/jar. MOTION is excellent for me,too. From local distributer of MM in Florida...haveMM and from state and script from doc.
Hope this helps calm down your discomfort...Yes, Connect groups have/are saving my sanity, helping with life.
Be well. Be blessed.

Elizabeth, @johnbishop @skeleton , my Life-Flo Mag lotion arrived 2 days ago and I was very pleased with the comfort it provided - thanks so much! I recall trying Frankincense and Myrrh 5 yrs ago; I think my husband might have bought it from a snake oil sales place. It was hard as a rock, and just impractical to easily run into the skin, so I ended up tossing it. I’m glad you found an easier supplier Elizabeth!
Thanks for sharing Elizabeth. I will order today. I love this website. You are all so amazing. I have learned a lot about damaged nerves. I will have been battling this journey of pain for 5 years in July and it might not ever go away, but I have you people to share it with. 💕❤️🙏🌹
Elizabeth I got the Life Flo lotion Saturday. It worked promptly and I actually got some sleep. Getting ready to order Frankincense and Myrrh. Thanks again for sharing.
