They stated my nerve was pinched by a vertebrae. It has gotten better but still have soreness in the lower back & hip.

What has your medical team suggested beyond injections to relax the pinching of the vertebrae?

I have had back pain for 30+ years and its all from osteoarthritis . I never take medication for it and only use Turmeric Boswellia and Devils-claw , they help quiet a lot with pain . Now a 77 male and very fit .
