I hope you are doing okay. I thought about you and the sleep deprivation. Just wondering if you have tried anything in the supplement world? I have a few things that worked for me a few years back, but I don’t want to bother with the list unless you are interested. Just let me know.
Also, last night was the worst evening since beginning the withdrawal. It was as if I was in an abrupt cold turkey situation. Dry mouth, skin, eyes, hot/cold sweats, anxiety, panic, fear and suicidal thoughts. Up until now, most of my symptoms have seemed more of a mental issue. But this throw back into a world of sudden withdrawal was not supposed to happen. Oh and I thought I was having a cardiac issue as well.
