Hi @arnoldgilbergmdphd, to submit a request for an appointment, please fill out the online form or ask your GI specialist to submit a physician referral, as @lilymol suggests. Links to both can be found on this webpage: http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63

You can certainly mention that you're interested in seeing Dr. Lacy in your request. Appointments cannot be made directly with a specific physician. Mayo Clinic offers a team approach of care.
