Hello I'm new to this group your systems are the same thing I'm going through I have PSA of a 20.I always had problems sense I was 30 years old I am 56 . DR gave medication for UTI for ten days that helped some went back last Thursday for another PSA .I had a rough day Thursday felt swollen and pain the hip area. The last three days been good what helps me is to drink lots of water I work outside if I get dehydrated that's when it will get worse
