Sorry for you problems transferring prescriptions.

My suggestions probably will not help resolve problem over weekend, but here is what I would try.

First, is pharmacy trying to transfer from another pharmacy or get new prescription from Mayo provider?

When I have transferred prescriptions, it is usually from one pharmacy to another. If there are still refills left, your pharmacy should be able to contact original pharmacy to request transfer.

Was the originating pharmacy a Mayo pharmacy?

If it is Mayo Pharmacy that is not responding, contact Mayo Pharmacy to make sure they received transfer request, the one at St Marys is open on weekends. Contact info can be found on this page:

If your pharmacy is trying to get a new prescription from Mayo provider and Mayo provider is not responding, I suggest sending a portal message to verify they received request. I have had times that the request has been lost, sent to wrong person, etc...

Do you have the Mayo's provider phone number, or the dept phone dept. Call that number on Monday and tell them that provider has failed to respond, they will probably check with provider's nurse to make sure received request.

Hope you can get resolved
Laurie

Mayo told her today they will not help her get her meds. It's up to her new doctor in Iowa to contact them. She even told them she was completely out of meds. Her doctor in Iowa says to contact Mayo. She's getting the run around 😔
