loveofdogs, fortunately I don't suffer from internal tremors. Over the years I have had interest in vitamins & minerals and in 1999 got a hot off the press copy of Dr. Atkins Vita-Nutrient Solutions. He didn't write it over my head and I began to understand nutrition in a straight forward manner. It's interesting that the thiamine and magnesium you are learning more about are woefully lacking in dog food. The consequences of this deficiency in their food results in many health issues and early death. I hope you have time to search on "canine brazil nuts cancer". My son got a Boxer as a puppy and I learned they often surcum to cancer between three and six years. I search for intervention and after learning about Brazil nuts she lived to be 13 and never had cancer or dysplacia.
