Thanks for your reply and for the link, I'll check it out.

My pharmacist, who is from India and works in the U.S., suggested I give it a try. It's the first time I heard of Neem. She knows others with my PN issues who have used it, but I don't know their outcomes. But I can see from your link and from other research online there's alot of info on it. I need to be confident it's safe for me to try, so I'll ask my neurologist for her thoughts and go from there.

I've visited a neem grower/producer in the Abacos and was given a bottle of the best he had, cold-pressed and organic, and I've shared it with friends. None of us found that it did anything for sprains, small wounds or anything. I think it's not as caustic as tea tree oil but it's not the anti-inflammatory that emu oil is or the anti-bacterial that topical castor oil is either. It might be that the trees grown for it in India are a different strain as botanicals can be very plant-specific.
