Hi @tgregg99, I have not tried Neem but I've tried a lot of different essential oils, salves, creams, lotions and other topicals and have had zero help with the numbness associated with my idiopathic small fiber PN. You will notice that we added to your discussion title to better describe your question so members with experience can share it with you. Thanks for your reply and for the link, I'll check it out.

My pharmacist, who is from India and works in the U.S., suggested I give it a try. It's the first time I heard of Neem. She knows others with my PN issues who have used it, but I don't know their outcomes. But I can see from your link and from other research online there's alot of info on it. I need to be confident it's safe for me to try, so I'll ask my neurologist for her thoughts and go from there.
