One thing that has helped me a lot the past 6 months (may have to use less in the summer) has been a heating pad. Sunbeam and some others make one that snaps like a cape and covers shoulders down to base of spine. I find it comforting after exercise or any time I'm sore, and enjoy sitting and being on computer more comfortably when I have the heat from the pad.

I used to use heat, but I'm also going through menopause and have my own source of heat that I'm dying to get rid of. ☺️
