Yes. I did and do especially allergy season. My ent talked me into a septum surgery for slight deviated septum, and another soft issue procedure in the naso pharynx region. Can’t say it helped. He prescribed Fluticasone Propionate and Ipratopium bromide initially. He then added a Neilmed Sinus Rinse that does dislodge many interesting looking “items” on their way down my throat. Seems to help.
I found Sudafed helpful but my heart situation prevents me from using it any more. Mucinex has also helped on occasion.

I had to use the NeilMed sinus rinse (with the packet of salt/baking soda and a pinch of iodine) 2X/day for two weeks before having the Vivear radio-frequency procedure to 'remodel nasal tissue' so I could breathe more easily. The doctor reminded me to make a k-k-k-k sound when squirting the NeilMed bottle to avoid getting water into the ear canals. I still use the NeilMed system as it feels good to clean out the nasal passages, especially during allergy season.
