Looking for a surgeon for neuroendocrine tumor

Trying to find recommendations for a surgeon. I have a ( neuroendocrine tumor ) small tumor. So trying to find the best doctor at the best place? I am in northern arizona close to Las Vegas.

1 week. Had to have EUS for a biopsy for a diagnosis

I would like to join @amandajro in welcoming you to Mayo Connect. I am glad that you joined this discussion group for support and information.

I'm sure that you are glad that this was found when the tumor was small. That is always a good thing. However, as neuroendocrine tumors are somewhat rare, how was this small tumor diagnosed? Had you been having symptoms that led to a diagnostic test?

I have also had three small NETs in the upper digestive tract and I certainly understand the importance of finding a good surgeon.

I look forward to hearing from you again. Will you post again and share your journey?
