Another candy lover.
I like sponge candy too, milk chocolate though. I dip mine in carmel sauce then enjoy.
I always thought of it as honeycomb candy.

If I double dipped sugar & chocolate into caramel, I'd have a hypoglycemic event...lol
It's wonderful that a simple response about my favorite candy is generating common threads...sponge, honeycomb, seafoam...and conversation.
