She did not have radiation. The oncologist and surgeon did not think all the side effects of the radiation and risks with that were necessary but did offer to get an opinion from the radiologist. My daughter did not want radiation and so did not meet with a radiologist. She is on tamoxifen for 5 years and then maybe more.
