I was advised to try to reduce fiber to avoid getting a block. 30 grams of fiber woul be the rda, I try to keep mind afound 15. Oikos triple 0 yogurt is a good source of probiotics, natural sweetener, protein and fiber. Its also very digestible. Also there are many good tracking apps that can help keep track of nutrition, calories, water intake and exercise. I'm a diabetic so its always a challenge to get it all right. My body usually tells me if I've eaten something that doesn't digest well.
