Does the voice recover completely after antibiotic treatment?

I had one 28 day round of tobramycin. I also had an issue with my voice becoming very hoarse but it did come back once I was done. Now my doctor wants me to take tobramycin for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off until the 28 vile box is done. I immediately got the very hoarse throat. Any suggestions as to what to take to alleviate the voice issue? I just started to rinse with warm salt water and then take some Manuka Honey to sooth my throat. This is the 2nd day of this new regime and I am willing to try other options to help my voice.

What you're doing should be helpful. Be sure to gargle as soon as you're finished your treatment--don't let the med "hang around" in your throat. Another thing to try is Throat Coat tea.
