Sorry to hear you have been through a lot ….Unfortunately yes I had tkr in august no bend just like yourself. I had mua 6 weeks after tkr …. You know mua you have to do pt everyday for a week we’ll we ended up doing more for swelling than bending … so it did not work for me….I am 8 months out now still struggling with bend I am at 70-75 now….. I know you must have read on these pages about mfr release… well I started that and water therapy like at 9 weeks…. That is how I have gotten to where I am ….. without mfr I think I would be in rougher shape now… I go for second opinion today I still have pain and get swollen every time I try new exercise or walk ,stand to much….. if you can try water therapy it may be very helpful…. I found water therapy place in my area called dr he sent script….,was pretty easy . My prayers go out to you I hope you find some relief….

ammaw52. My rom is 105 but knee is stiff and sore. I can't walk right. Dr thinks I need mua 17 June. Don't want it. I am on a CPM at home hours a day. I do pool' walk' exercise at home. I am a little over 4 months out of tkr. Keep me in thearpy over 3 months. Intense. Dr want do an x ray or CT so I really want to know what's going on. I told him over a month ago pt was going backwards and I was ignored. So yes I have a trust issue now . And no Dr will see me till August for 2nf opinion. I was told by a. Dr I went to in past at Emory that at. Rom 105 they don't even consider a mua. Confused
