I was diagnosed with ACNES from pain management with Carnetts test and injections . I have been ok till about 6 weeks ago. lidocaine and steroid lasted about a year. Its hard to pinpoint where the abdominal pain and severe bloating comes from . I know I went through all the stomach tests last time and they found nothing. I have been told that I have IBD but that seems to be a vague statement that they really have no solutions.

I had robotic laparoscopic surgery for ACNES on 9/2/21 after suffering terribly for 10 months. Dr Thomas Gillespie at St Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix not only is familiar with ACNES but is said to be the only doctor in the world to perform this robotically. He does accept new patients. He cut T8, T9 and T10 nerves curing me.
