Well, iberogast helps my stomach process my food faster. Probably not at the rate it did without gastroparesis but I do not vomit, luckily. And I only felt nauseous and bloated once when I drank a whole glass of fountain Pepsi. Can't do that. It won't hurt you and just might help. Try a small bottle and see how you do. My gastroenterologist just prescribed it to my son who is 51 and has the same disease. Is this stuff heredity???
