Thanks for the news. Japan has one of the oldest populations in the world. Look at their diet and lifestyle to find out why. They also work later into life than we do and Japan’s culture accepts and reveres the elderly. I understand she loved chocolate and Coca Cola and board games and talking to people. You can tell she was a funny witty person with a love for life. She outlived all her children despite having had colon and pancreatic cancer and just think of having lived through two world wars, the 1918 flu epidemic and Covid.
What an inspiration.

An old adage: If you eat yogurt for 100 years you too will live to be very old. Moderation in most things are not necessarily bad for you. Enjoy the chocolate, a sip of wine, that juicy hamburger once in a long while etc..

Remember the 5 essential food groups,
CANDY, COOKIES, PIES, CAKE, PASTRY
AND LOTS OF CHEESECAKE cake.
I agree with moderation. I consider my 5-pound Hershey bar as moderate since it comes in 10 pounds too.
I went to the bakery today and couldn't decide what I wanted and stretched moderation to its limits.
