Thanks I had a second d opinion yesterday sending me for Scans and blood tests. See what the Bone density Nuclear Scan shows..Then if any thing comes up and I am to have a different Scan done. Can you tell me what mfr is please thanks for your input. I won't be giving up but some days it's an effort to get out if bed it's made me very depressed. I.just hope they find out something which can help.. Be sending you healing blessings also.and where do you live. I am in Austria but I will look research and read anything more then some of the Doctors do. Keep you updated is your daughter massaging your knee for you also..Goodluvk with your app also talk soon..Deb 🙃🇦🇺

Hi Deb. Mfr is myofascial release massage. I've only been once so far. I broke my knee in 2018 and had the right band feeling for 3 years. That Dr only offered a shot in the knee but it didn't work. Went to a new Dr and he did a knee replacement. I was so hoping the band would go away but it's still there. That was in June 2021. Still there after pt. I'm still gonna have some more mfr then on June 1st I have another Dr appt. If mfr hasn't worked he's gonna do bloodwork and I think a scan. Can't remember for sure. That's where I stand so far.

That’s great hopefully you will get some answers …..must been nice just having dr listen to you and willing to look into other possibilities of something may be wrong is fantastic….mfr is short for myofascial release helps break down scar tissue and helps with edema. I go once a week if I could afford I would go more but most insurance do not cover. Please keep us posted …. I hope helps lighten depression a little and gives you hope…..
