@gingerw, @callalloo, and all...I will order some emu oil tomorrow and let you know how it works. I use marujuana cream, 1:1,THC:CBD on my legs, feet, hands and any other pain at times. It's a bit costly, so don't use it always. But, also try frankincense and myrrh? cream that helps. I find overuse is a problem and may cause stiffness and pain for days. So, once again I work for balance. Small amounts of use at a time. Darn it!
That includes exercises, even in the warm pool. Take it easy. Do what helps. Don't do too much but something...
Just as with my entire body, I find rest is my best friend.
Be well everyone. Be balanced. Be blessed. Elizabeth

I'll be interested in hearing about your experience with it. I gave some to a friend who had swollen legs and pain walking and his acupuncturist (a real physician from China brought here to teach at a medical school) was surprised to see how quickly it 'moves chi' and he uses it in his practice now. I was sailing on a tall ship with a kitchen staff crew member who had a knife scar across her palm so bad that she couldn't fully open her hand. After two weeks of massaging the emu oil into her palm several times a day, she could fully open her hand. Her Australian boyfriend was unimpressed when she showed him, saying "everyone knows that emu breaks up scar tissue.'
