Great that d3 helps I'm out in the sun as much as possible. I'm trying ALA and NAD which have been proven to help nerves, and also rosemary (ursolic acid) which showed promise in animal studies and just started human trials. And of course the usual Bs i guess melatonin is a powerful anti oxidant gonna add that one in there as well just a 3mg dose before bed.

I live in the sun (I’m in AZ) and strangely my D3 was very deficient. Also odd, my B6 levels were “too high” and I don’t take a B6 supplement. I have heard good things about melatonin. I am not on a regimen with that yet. I’ll also look into the others you mentioned!
