I was tapering successfully (albeit slowly ) and at 3 mg. Had the 3rd vaccination for immuno suppressed people, and went into the worst flareup I have ever experienced. Returned to 5 mg and only now after four months will be reducing alternate days ie 5/4/5/4 etc for Probably a month depending on how I feel. It’s successful than I will reduce to 4 mg daily again for another month
