And try to pay attention to relative proportions so things are in balance. There are vitamins, the over-consumption of which trigger deficiencies in others. Or worse.

I'm still trying yo find the one perfect supplement that I could take and get rid of too many Johnny-one-note bottles of one element or simple formula and just the one mega formula and forget about it. I know diet is the medicine but reality intrudes and my eating-for-health diet is still a work in progress with detours.
