Good afternoon @kellyhall and welcome to Connect. Yes, you are in the right place if you are in Joint Replacements. That's where all of us end up who have undergone a TKR. And speaking of that.......you are just a couple of weeks post-surgery. It sounds like you have a new issue today and that is in your inner thigh. Was this a result of a PT visit? When did you first notice it? Did you fall or stumble? Are you walking well?

I am going to share a similar outcome with you. It may not be helpful but it is all I know at this moment. One of the PT exercises was very difficult for me early in my recovery last August. When it happened, my PT noticed and stopped the exercise. It was either a squat or a chair height exercise. She knew I was also going to MFR therapy twice a week and suggested that I let my MFR therapist work on it immediately.

I went right away and she was able to help. In essence, they became a team. My PT would introduce an exercise and then remind me to let my MFR therapist know if there was any discomfort or unusually intense pain as a result of the new exercise. Have you considered MFR therapy? Do you know how MFR works with post-surgery issues? Let me know and I will be happy to help.

May you be free of suffering and the causes of suffering.
Chris
