I wouldn’t try taking CBD oil with Mysoline without first discussing it with your neurologist. They don’t get along well. Like @santosh said your Neuro may want to decrease your Mysoline.

@rosa66. I totally agree with @jakedduck1. Though CBD is a natural drug, it is still a drug! Talk to your doctor first.
One thing I forgot to mention, my current doctor does not recommend full-spectrum Medical Cannabis which contains also THC and other cannabinoids. For anxiety, I understand that pure CBD is the best.
