I must say you are doing awesome….. your range of motion I would like a little of that lol ……, and I am over 7 months out ….. I like most people found night time to be painful I don’t know why that is ….. but I took tramadol at night to help for while also slept with my leg elevated for many weeks along with cold water circulation…that also helps with pain ….. I have learned with the recovery struggles to give myself a break…,,, and when I really starting to get down about this whole recovery process…..trust me I have many moments especially with this long recovery….., I go to pt or mfr massage I complain about my pain or my frustration about my recovery not moving along ….. but by end of session I leave frustration there …., trust me does not work all the time but I do my best each day …..you are doing so good physically but sounds like your not sleeping so well because of pain ….. one other thing I tried was melatonin….. I also had trouble sleeping I tried it worked great said take two I took one I was sleeping again all night ….,,good luck
