Welcome @violaange, It sounds like your TKR went really well and you've been doing your daily PT exercises for ROM. Another thing that I wasn't doing at about the same timeframe post TKR was continuing with the icing and elevating the knee and my surgeon really let me have it at the follow up appointment. Fortunately I never had any real pain but I did have swelling so I went back and did what the surgeon told me to do with the extra icing and elevating.

Do you still have any swelling in the knee or leg?

Only a little; and more swelling inside the knee than outside (when it furls like the knee is as big as a soccer ball but it looks the same). I have a wonderful ice water machine (wrap around the knee and it circulates ice water) that I use daily which really helps with both the pain and swelling. I’m actually sitting in my recliner now with it on.

No swelling in the leg and everything looks like it is healing nicely. I’m just so tired all of the time, which depresses me and is very frustrating.
