Hi @foreverhaefish - I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through! 🙁 this is no good!! I'm reading through what you shared, and I am a little alarmed - you eat salty and sweet foods plus coffee and softdrinks - that's a literal recipe for disaster! Processed foods = poor health & constipation. I only learned all of this health talk in my 20s, wish someone had told me sooner, but it's not a part of our education system. The understanding of gut health is essential, because processed foods are only getting worse - harder for our bodies to break down - so we are hurting and exhausting our bodies, by making it figure out how to break down the poison (unrecognized by the body - has no formula 🙁 Where as our bodies have formulas to break down all the fruits and veggies - which means it is easy for our bodies to process and we are left with energy to play 🙂 You should be trying to eat as many whole foods from the earth, because all of the processed foods (crackers, chips, cookies, candy, etc.) destroy your gut biome (which is what you need to be healthy and happy & to have regular bowel moments and maintain optimal health)! This was a rude awakening for me too, I feel you! To get your self moving again I would suggest Chia Seeds (as they lubricate your intestinal lining, making it smoother for things to move out), coconut water (in case you're dehydrated) and prunes. Eat 2-3 prunes per day with coconut water and chia seeds and you should be good to go 🙂 If that doesn't resolve it within 48 hours that might suggest more intense inner dehydration - and at that point you can grab some Miralax - it pulls liquids into the stool - giving it that one last boost to slide right out!! Good luck on your journey, I wish you the best and hope your discomfort will become a thing of the past shortly 🙂 Other advice that I've give me little sister when she was a teenager: do try and drink 8 glasses of water a day, quit the soda for a month and see if you notice a difference
