Plantar Fasciitis: How did you get rid of it?

Hi @jilliemo12345, custom orthotics only fit into my walking shoes so I used arch supports in my work shoes - usually a low heel during the day. At night, I used Thermoskin PlantarFXT to stretch the Plantar Fascia. I stopped using them a couple of years ago, but just resumed use because I felt some pain in my heel. It's resolved, but I am still using them as I don't what a recurrence. I hope this helps.

Thank you, I don’t have that condition but the back of my heel where the tendon attaches seems to tighten up when I am sitting or after sleeping. It acts like Plantar F. as it is painful for a few steps then is reoccurring every time I’ve been sitting. The back of my heel is swollen.
I cannot wear a closed shoe, wearing clogs only.
Any thoughts appreciated.
