Sue, I noticed that you replace nebulizer mouthpieces with regularity. I’m baffled. What’s to wear out about them? I give mine a vinegar bath, a warm water rinse and set it aside to air dry. Don

NJH recommendation - it was explained (via my local pulmo nurse) that less-than-visible cracks and crevices can develop where bugs (not necessarily just MAC) can hide from ordinary washing. It's a cheap precaution.

That said, I no longer am using Big Green daily ad I have switched to the Innospire Go for how quiet & fast it is. Only downside is the complicated mouthpiece/cup/mesh screen head - must be gently simmered periodically to disinfect - no steam or microwave treatment. Also for those who use their Aerobike with the neb, I would say it would be hard if not impossible to hook together.

@thumperguy I also give my nebulizer a vinegar bath and then set it aside to dry. I suppose I'm not as diligent as most. I loved the Innispire Go because I could not believe how fast and quiet it was. It only lasted about a year for me., maybe two but I plan to buy another one! I also have the Pari Vios and it works fine. Just takes longer than the Innospire Go. Nan
