Has anyone told you that antibiotics can lead to destroying good gut bacteria? I have chronic diarrhea and resist antibiotics for this reason.

I've been on vancomycin oral for 7 months,no diarrhea, and that orange powder I mix with water nightly to promote normal poop, that's it, oh, and bentyl
