Hello @dk119s and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. It sounds like you are getting close to the average age, 16, when boys may stop growing. I found some articles that you may find helpful that talk about age and other factors for growth.

- What's the best way to predict a child's adult height?: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/childrens-health/expert-answers/child-growth/faq-20057990

- What age do boys stop growing?: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/320676

- How to Increase Your Height: Is There Anything I Can Do?: https://www.healthline.com/health/how-to-increase-height#takeaway

Are you hoping to grow a bit more? Do you fee like you are getting good sleep and nutrition?

i am getting around 6-7 hours of sleep everyday and i carefully watch what i eat. I just find it strange that i have not grown since 14 when my puberty hasnt exactly been early or late.
