I’m so sorry. No my Dr. I just saw yesterday and I told him I had an appointment for a myofacial release massage and that I wanted to try that and he thought it was a good idea. Wants me to come back in June which will be a year out and if not better going to do X-rays and blood work and talk about sending me to a knee specialist. Are you still doing therapy?

I was just reading what you are going through …. Like most I can relate I am 7 months out still feel tight in my knee ….but I did get more relief doing water therapy than I did with land…..I am still going to water therapy and mfr…. I seen my dr yesterday was a good appointment he did say everything was good mechanically…. He is going to be in touch with my mfr therapist hopefully they can brainstorm help me through this ….but. Have taken steroids for inflammation at times week later my knee gets twice as swollen so I won’t do that anymore and the pain just not worth it …, I try be positive each morning tell my scar tissue going to break today …..I speak with people at therapy that have been through this already they say they just stretched one day and it popped…. So I am hopeful….my dr did suggest at a year he can do surgery but I said no I will not be doing any other surgeries…..I don’t believe for me doing another procedure for scar tissue and possibly creating more scar tissue is something I am willing to do ..,, so for me slow and steady I will break this just going to take time…. Keep on trying different things ….
