I’m interested in this as well. I have two SNPS and reactive hypoglycemia which is now (at age 66) moving into pre-diabetes.
I have bought Ceylon cinnamon in hopes that it will improve my fasting blood sugar.
I would love some direction to articles on the connection.
Also have pernicious anemia, just started methylcobalamin shots rather than oxycobalamin or cyanocobalamin and I feel a marked improvement

don't take folic acid and do take methyl folate instead. It made a difference for me (I also methyl b-12 in lozenge form)
