I have many of the same things you have and many tests as well. Mine started when I was about your age. I belong to two different sites where we all share what works for us?
I have been thinking that we should be looking for a common thread that brought it to this point. I am wondering if the overuse of antibiotics for a chronic sinus infections I had?

I never take antibiotics unless I’m really sick with bacterial infection or something ( which is rare ).
I hope you find help too
