Thank you for sharing your history/experience.

If you still get sinus infections and you are treating the inflammatory response with allergy medications and you manage congestion with sprays and rinses, what exactly did your surgery help you with? And why did you need a revision surgery?

I didn’t clarify my current sinus situation- most of the year I breathe very well and never have sinus congestion. Due to allergies, twice a year, I get days with congestion and pressure and with URIs I can get a secondary infection.
The second surgery just enlarged a couple of openings.
I have been lucky to have had good ENTs - checked on their background, experience and got recommendations from other physicians.
Did you have bad experiences with sinus surgeries?
