He is only 53 .

Here are a few for a start.
Jeez, it's been 51 years since I delt with hand controls.

1. Driver rehabilitation specialist
2. Rehabilitation Centers
3. Doctors who specialize in .....Rehabilitation medicine
4. Physical Medicine Doctors
5. Spinal Cord Injury Centers
6. Medical Supply Store. They..probably have information since Medicare pays for hand controls considered Durable Medical Equipment.
7. Physical or occupational
.....therapist.

From your car dealer. My neighbor has a buick so he obtained them from the dealer where he bought the car.
