1. Driver rehabilitation specialist
2. Rehabilitation Centers
3. Doctors who specialize in .....Rehabilitation medicine
4. Physical Medicine Doctors
5. Spinal Cord Injury Centers
6. Medical Supply Store. They..probably have information since Medicare pays for hand controls considered Durable Medical Equipment.
7. Physical or occupational
