This is just a thought, but I recently had bad sacrum pain that kept me in bed for days.. My doctor, an osteopath, had xrays and and MRI done.. my problem stemmed from 2 things.. a coccyx that I had broken about 55 years ago and had healed off to one side, but what was hurting me was L1, 2,3,4... one had a bulge and another a crack.. I am almost 80 years old now, but feel like I'm about 20 except for when I'm in pain, of course.. I hope you get diagnosed and fixed up again soon.. Blessings on you..
